If you have subscribed or purchased our software and have not received an
email from us but you have received a PayPal receipt. First check your junk mail folder, if you do not find an email from us then please go here to retrieve your purchase details and login information.
We receive several "Undeliverable Mail" messages each day
typically caused by the problems below:
- Your mailbox is blocking the email. Please set your spam blocker or tell your ISP to allow
emails coming from solunarforecast.com.
- Your mailbox is full.
- There is a mail server problem of some other kind. Please request assitance by filling out the form on the right of this page and we will work on the problem with you.
No problem, you can have the current prediction resent to you by logging into your account and then clicking the envelope icon on the right side of the prediction you wish to receive. They will be prepared for the zip/postal code listed above the icons.

We respect your privacy and in doing so we will never release it to
anyone. We also will never send you email other than which has been
explicitly requested by you.
To change your default zip/postal code all you need to do is login to your account Login Here using the credentials we provided you at purchase.
Enter your zip/postal code in the "Your Default Zip/Postal Code" text box and then click the button "click to update your profile". You new zip/postal code will be used for all future mailings of our Solunar predictions to you.

The major times are above the fish on the left and the minor times are above the fish on the right.
The predictions which are sent to our subscribers are as follows. Daily Fish Thoughts are sent out every day, The Weekly Solunar Predictions which include the weather are sent on Thursdays and the Monthly Solunar Predictions are sent on the 1st of the month.

Yes we do take into account daylight saving time. The times shown are the current local times for the prediction location.
When the moon appears to be getting bigger every night it is Waxing and when it appears to be getting smaller it is Waning.
